These terms apply when you purchase from COURTLINE ("we", "us") through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.
All prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of checkout. Your order is accepted once you receive our order confirmation email.
We ship Australia-wide and send tracking details to your email once your order is dispatched. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email salesceric007@gmail.com with your order number and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Slight colour variations may occur between screens and the finished product. Dimensions are approximate.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
